Kiana Sepasian

My name is Kiana Sepasian, and I am a Computer Programming and Analysis student at George Brown College. I am passionate about innovation, technology, and creating opportunities that help students connect their education with real-world experience.

During my time at George Brown, I have been actively involved in innovation-focused initiatives, including contributing to the development of student-led innovation programs, supporting the creation of an innovation club, and helping organize an innovation bootcamp that brings together students, industry professionals, and new ideas. In recognition of my work in student leadership and innovation initiatives, I was honored to receive the Innovative Leadership Award at George Brown College in 2025.

These experiences have strengthened my belief that students should not only learn theory, but also have access to meaningful opportunities that prepare them for the future of technology and innovation.

As a candidate for the Board of Governors, I hope to represent student perspectives while supporting initiatives that strengthen academic programs, expand connections with industry, and encourage innovation across our college community.
