Hello! My name is Heather, I hope you are well. You may have seen me at your campus before through my work promoting the elections, at events such as Diwali, Fusion, Limin, Open House, or as a volunteer with the Volunteer Squad where I first started.

I am a student in S135 Health Administration and ran for Director of Education and Equity in March 2024. Through my previous campaign, and as an Equity Peer Worker at the Community Care Centre within the SA, I have become familiar with students’ concerns. I understand we face many hardships: balancing school and work, worries about future job opportunities within our field, opportunities for growth, citizenship/PR, and affordable housing, for example. I have developed proposals to help address some of these issues; I am eager to collaborate with the SA, GBC, the Government, sponsorships, and most importantly, you—the students—via more Town Halls, social media, and in-person to help make our dreams a reality. If elected, I promise to continue listening to your voice and will advocate and lobby for you at all levels. Together, we can make a difference. United we are strong. Vote Heather!
