Hello, George Brown College students! My name is Deewanshi Guleria, and I am excited to stand as your candidate for Director of Student Experience in the upcoming SAGBC elections. As a General Arts and Science student, I understand the diverse challenges we face, from academic pressures to navigating student life in a new environment. With my experience as a peer leader in this college, hospitality professional, and active student advocate, I am committed to enhancing your college experience by focusing on:

– Amplifying Student Voices – Ensuring every student’s concerns, ideas, and feedback are heard and acted upon through open forums, student panels, and direct engagement.
– Building an Inclusive & Vibrant Campus Community.
– Expanding Student Resources & Support with enhancement of extracurricular activities & Student Engagement
– Bridging the Gap between Students & Administration.

My journey—from overcoming the challenges of adapting to a new education system to stepping up as a student leader, has shaped my vision and determination to drive real, meaningful change. I am committed to creating a student experience that is inclusive, dynamic, and truly empowering for everyone.
