Candidates Statement:

Hi fellow GBC students! My name is Barichisu Osman, you can call me Kisu. I am running for Community Services and Early Childhood Educational Centre Representative. I am a first-year domestic student studying Child and Youth Care. I have experience in various community development and community service work in the past years. Both my work and educational experience usually focus on these needs!! Thus, letting service users be involved in the service production /provision there is no success without equal representation. And we all know too well that without Equity, oppression becomes a Norm. I am enthusiastic about inclusion/representation, and equal access to the community services and Early childhood center in the GBC Student Association, I am optimistic about being a trusted medium of communication of the student’s needs, and feedback from the GBC Student Association.
