Fall 2025 Election Nominations

The nomination period for the SAGBC Fall elections runs from Nov. 10 at 9 a.m. to Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. During this time, you can nominate yourself for one of the two available positions through the nomination’s portal.

Submission Options:

  1. Online Submission: Complete and submit your nomination form directly through the online portal, which will open on November 10 at 9:00 a.m.

In addition to filling out the nominations form through the online portal, students must complete the forms below and submit them online to the nomination’s portal, or email them to the Chief Returning Officer at CRO2@SAGBC.ca

  1. Email Submission: Alternatively, you may download and complete the nomination form and the  other forms listed below, then email it to Ansar Ali, Chief Returning Officer, at CRO2@SAGBC.ca.

These forms must be received prior to the deadline of Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. to be considered for nomination.

Important Note:
Nomination forms must be submitted electronically; printed copies will not be accepted. Students should not drop Nomination forms off to staff at any of the campus location.
